1. Booking & Deposits

• To secure your slot, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required. This will be deducted from your final bill.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service via [Cash / Bank Transfer / Card].
• Prices are non-negotiable.
• Please note bookings within the Central London Congestion Charge Zone will incur a surcharge of £18 to cover this.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain/high winds) that prevents a safe or quality finish, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

3. Vehicle Condition & Access

• Access: We require sufficient space to work around the vehicle within approximately 15 metres.
• Water & Power: We carry our own De-ionised water. We do have our own power but for larger packages we may require access to power.
• Contents: Please remove all personal belongings and rubbish from the vehicle before arrival. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside.
• Surcharges: Our quotes are based on "average" vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mould, or deep stains) may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed before work begins.

4. Paintwork & Damage

• A pre-work inspection will be carried out to document existing damage (chips, deep scratches, or thinning clear coat).
• While a "Single Stage Polish" enhances gloss, it may not remove deep defects. We will always prioritise the safety of your paint over total correction.
• We carry out all the work with the correct method and equipment. However we do not guarantee any results to 100% satisfaction. There is a slight chance we may have mistakenly missed something out, in that case we will do our best to correct it. 
• Engine bay details are only carried out at customers' consent, we do not hold any responsibility to any damage caused to the vehicles engine.  We will always advise our customers of the potential hazards with this service.
• Completing an interior clean of the headliner remains a very delicate process. Therefore, we do not use any harsh methods to get the headliner cleaned. We will utilise the correct method and techniques applicable to bring up the headliner clean. However, we do not guarantee any results, as this does remain an intricate procedure.

5. Liability

• Buff Details Ltd is fully insured for Public Liability and Accidental Damage while working on your vehicle.

NB - While every effort will always be made to accurately quote jobs beforehand, the final price is always subject to a vehicle inspection upon arrival. 

Vehicles with heavy pet hair, mould, or extreme soiling may incur a surcharge.
